Sara Pérez-Lauzon is a postdoctoral researcher at Leicester University (UK), affiliated with CRIMT research network. She completed her PhD at HEC Montréal, exploring SMEs’ strategies within aerospace clusters in Canada and Belgium in the context of skill development. More specifically, she examined interfirm collaboration on HRM issues and the role of cluster governance in fostering these collaborations. Her research interests revolves around interfirm collaborations on work, talent management and HRM issues in the context of sectoral and regional transformations.
