Dr. Marie-Thérèse Chicha holds a Ph.D. in Economics from McGill University in Montreal. She is a professor at the School of Industrial Relations and holds the Chair in Ethnic Relations at the Université de Montréal. Dr. Chicha has written several articles and books on the following themes: systemic discrimination in employment, equal access and pay equity policies, immigrant deskilling, immigration and employment integration policies for immigrants, management of diversity.
