Dr. Greg Sears is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University. He received his Ph.D. in Human Resources and Management from McMaster University and M.A.Sc. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo. Prior to joining Carleton, Greg was employed as a Personnel Psychologist with the federal Public Service Commission where he worked in the areas of staffing policy, employee selection, and management development. He has consulted to a number of public and private sector organizations, including the Department of National Defence, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Canadian Space Agency, Canada Revenue Agency, Statistics Canada, Health Canada, Toronto-Dominion Bank, and Brink’s Canada. His primary research interests include: leadership, workforce diversity and inclusion, personality in the workplace, and performance measurement.
