Sarah Gaikwad is an accomplished strategy leader known for translating ambitious ideas into actionable plans that drive innovation and deliver meaningful impact. With over a decade of experience in corporate strategy, organizational transformation, and program design, she brings a forward-looking perspective, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving to navigating complexity and unlocking new opportunities. 

Passionate about disruptive spaces with a focus on value creation via diversification, Sarah is committed to advancing innovative approaches while maintaining rigorous governance standards in order to support sustainable growth and add value for organizations and communities.

Beyond her strategic leadership, Sarah is committed to community engagement and education. She served two terms as a Board Director and Co-Lead of the Equity Committee at SKETCH, a community arts enterprise supporting diverse young people across Canada. As a dedicated educator, she taught critical thinking and academic and professional writing as a part-time lecturer at Toronto Metropolitan University’s Chang School of Continuing Education. She also developed programming for the Toronto Centre for Community Learning and Development’s Immigrant Women Integration Program.

Sarah holds an MBA specializing in Strategy and Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Contemporary Studies, both from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), as well as a first dan Black Belt from the World Taekwondo Federation.
