As SVP Talent Services and Operations, Jenny leads a large global team of HR centers of expertise responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding, total rewards delivery, payroll, global mobility,HR digital solutions, operational risk and vendor management, people data & analytics, and digital and human advice to RBC employees globally.
Her mandate focuses on driving continuous improvement, leveraging data and AI to create a seamless experience, both human and digital, that engages the workforce in personalized ways, and supports more adaptable and agile HR delivery at scale.
Prior to this role, Jenny was responsible for helping RBC build a future-ready workforce – by providing the growth and development opportunities and delivering the exceptional employee experiences that attract, inspire and retain talent. Jenny has broad HR and business leadership experience having also led teams responsible for providing leadership, advice and support on all aspects of Human Resources for the businesses and geographic regions of Personal & Commercial Banking, Wealth Management and Insurance segments. She has held senior positions in the business, specifically in Sales, Sales & Market Management, and Strategy.
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from Queen’s University, and lives in Toronto with her husband and two children. Outside of RBC, Jenny is the Advisory Board Chair of the Future Skills Centre.
