Katharine Mullock is a labour market economist in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in France. She has extensive experience in applied economic research and labour market related policy analysis. Katharine holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia and previously worked in the Department of Finance in Ottawa. As a labour market economist in the OECD Skills team, she focuses on helping countries develop policies to adapt to changing skills needs arising from technological change, globalisation and population ageing.
