Drawing on an analysis of more than 1,000 project proposals submitted to FSC, this session at Cannexus 26 surfaces patterns in how organizations are responding to skills shortages, technological change, and the transition to a greener economy. Conducted in partnership with the Behavioural Insights Team, the analysis highlights recurring approaches, persistent gaps, and tensions between short-term workforce readiness and long-term resilience.
