FSC at Future-Proofing the Marine Workforce

Hosted by the Canadian Marine Careers Foundation, this conference centers on “Future-Proofing the Marine Workforce: Skills, Tech, and Talent” to tackle labor and skills shortages across the marine transportation sector. Noel’s keynote, “Tech, Skills and People: Canada’s Shifting Workforce Landscape,” will highlight how strategic skill development, technology adoption, and cross-sector collaboration can prepare workers for an evolving workforce.
