Trish Hennessy is the Executive Director of Upstream: An Institute for a Healthy Society, based in Saskatoon. Her work is dedicated to reframing public discourse, informed by the social determinants of health, to promote individual health and community well-being. She is the founding director of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives’ Ontario office, which focuses on income inequality, decent work, and the role of government. She co-founded the CCPA’s national project examining income inequality in Canada, as well as the Ontario Living Wage Network.
