Nimi works as a Research Associate for the Future Skills team. Combining her interest in research and the evolving needs of the Canadian workforce, she contributes to the teams’ goal of identifying key areas of change in Canada’s education and skills sectors.
Nimi worked for the Royal Bank of Canada in a rotational program before joining the Conference Board. During her time there, she was involved with various research initiatives with the Change and Agile Transformation team as well as the Employee Experience team. These projects aimed to improve employee engagement and encourage the use of agile methodologies within the company. Nimi completed her bachelors at the University of Western Ontario and her MSc from the University of Birmingham where her research explored marketing strategies in the low-cost airline industry.
