Jane Cooper is a Senior Research Associate at the Conference Board of Canada. Since joining the Conference Board in 2016, Jane has been a lead researcher on a number of projects relating to metrics, measurement, benchmarking and evidence-based decision-making in HR, including diversity and inclusion, and the changing workplace. Jane has twenty-five years’ experience as a policy analyst specializing in human resource development issues in Canada and internationally and is a Credentialed Evaluator (Canadian Evaluation Society).
