The purpose of this exploratory research is to question the future of the internal mobility in large organizations. Based on the analysis of 52 semi-structured interviews and participant observation realize two in two large French companies with high stakes in terms of internal mobility, AutoForm and Société Générale, research highlights the tensions and ambiguities facing internal mobility in its implementation.
