Future Skills Centre at Better Workplace Conference

This panel will explore the Future Skills Centre’s latest research on the evolving quality of work in Canada, highlighting the post-pandemic changes on work dimensions. We will discuss changes to the availability of benefits in response to labour shortages and the enhanced focus on mental health support. Additionally, the panel will address the need to deepen equity, diversity, and inclusion as key factors in improving work quality, especially for equity-deserving groups facing poorer work conditions.
