Global education for Canadians: Equipping young Canadians to succeed at home & abroad: executive summary and recommendations

This report explains why Canada needs to treat international learning as a national priority and sketches out the elements of a Canadian strategy. Section 3, Canada — Stuck in Neutral While Others Race Ahead, looks at what other countries are doing and shows how Canada is falling short.
