Future Skills Centre’s Impact Report: Building a Resilient Workforce in Canada 

September 9, 2025 — The Future Skills Centre (FSC) is thrilled to release our 2025 Impact Report: Building a Resilient Workforce, showcasing our six years of impact as a leader preparing Canada for the future of work. 

At a time of rapid disruption and uncertainty, shaped by new technologies, demographic shifts, and global challenges, the 2025 Impact Report underscores our unique value and approach as a pan-Canadian leader in labour market insights and strengthening skills innovation. We believe that skills are one of the essential tools for navigating this change, and the report highlights the contributions of our diverse partners and FSC’s broader impact on the skills ecosystem as a whole. 

Through funding from the Government of Canada’s Future Skills Program, we’re investing in research and pilot projects to uncover and share evidence, testing new ideas to help Canada adapt and build resilience in its skills and training systems. 

Our Impact Report shows the difference this approach is already making, and points to the road ahead.
