FSC at Sustainable Workforce Summit 2026

We’re excited to share that Alex Stephens, Director of Programs at the Future Skills Centre, will be speaking on a panel at the Sustainable Workforce Summit on March 31–April 1 in Vancouver.

The summit brings together industry leaders, policymakers, and partners to address one of Canada’s most pressing economic challenges: developing the workforce needed to support a green, resilient economy. The panel will explore how to accelerate workforce training, leverage technology, strengthen partnerships, align regulations with real-world needs, and learn from large project developers’ strategies for meeting tight timelines. Alex will bring FSC’s national perspective on skills development and workforce readiness to the conversation.
