Resilient Workforce Working Table

The Resilient Workforce Working Table is a pan-Canadian initiative from the Future Skills Centre that convenes skills development experts, employer and labour representatives, and policy leaders to provide insights on building a more resilient Canadian workforce.

The table explores how Canada can navigate labour market disruptions and seize new opportunities through innovation, collaboration, and inclusive workforce planning—developing practical, evidence-based solutions and approaches to help workers, employers, and communities adapt and thrive.
