Elle compte plus\nde 15&nbsp;ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience comme dirigeante principale de la conception, du d\u00e9veloppement\net de la mise en \u0153uvre de programmes d\u2019emploi et de formation professionnelle\ninnovants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que\ndirectrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Training Group au Coll\u00e8ge Douglas, M<sup>me<\/sup>\nLockyer g\u00e8re une \u00e9quipe de plus de 100&nbsp;personnes qui procurent des\nservices, de la formation et du soutien aux jeunes, aux immigrants et aux\nr\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, aux personnes handicap\u00e9es, aux ch\u00f4meurs de longue dur\u00e9e, aux\ntravailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s et aux personnes qui doivent surmonter plusieurs\nobstacles \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, y compris un faible niveau d\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation et un manque\nde comp\u00e9tences essentielles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M<sup>me<\/sup>\nLockyer et son \u00e9quipe travaillent en collaboration avec des employeurs afin de d\u00e9velopper\net fournir de la formation sur mesure pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins en mati\u00e8re\nde d\u00e9veloppement de leur main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.
