FireSpirit fournit des services de placement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s pour un vaste \u00e9ventail de clients \u00e0 Winnipeg et dans la r\u00e9gion du nord-ouest du Manitoba. M. Daniels s\u2019efforce de fournir un service de valeur qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le savoir autochtone, tout en reconnaissant l\u2019importance de participer \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie moderne et mondialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En collaboration avec un vaste bassin de partenaires, il souhaite combiner tant les concepts modernes que les principes autochtones afin de cr\u00e9er des outils uniques au sein de FireSpirit. Ces outils comprennent des mod\u00e8les holistiques d\u2019encadrement professionnel, des programmes de comp\u00e9tences essentielles autochtones\/exp\u00e9rientiels, des outils de renforcement de la r\u00e9silience, l\u2019\u00e9laboration de politiques du milieu de travail ainsi que des strat\u00e9gies de recrutement et de r\u00e9tention pour les populations autochtones et nordiques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que r\u00e9sident de longue date et membre de la Nation crie d\u2019Opaskwayak, M. Daniels continue d\u2019aspirer \u00e0 une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des pratiques commerciales novatrices, de la culture autochtone et de meilleures fa\u00e7ons d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019autosuffisance pour tous les Canadiens et Canadiennes.
