Adam a plus de 15 ans d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience avec les partenaires autochtones et territoriaux sur une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de questions, y compris la technologie de l&#8217;information et de la politique des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, l&#8217;esprit d&#8217;entreprise, l&#8217;\u00e9ducation et le d\u00e9veloppement des ressources humaines, la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre, et la gouvernance. Il fournit une expertise technique dans les m\u00e9thodes participatives et mixtes des approches de recherche, et contribue une connaissance pratique de la politique publique, le d\u00e9veloppement strat\u00e9gique et l&#8217;\u00e9valuation dans un contexte interculturel.
