Heather a rejoint le Conference Board de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Ryerson, o\u00f9 elle a travaill\u00e9 au bureau du vice-pr\u00e9sident, Recherche et Innovation. Dans ce r\u00f4le, elle a g\u00e9r\u00e9 un projet, de plusieurs ann\u00e9es financ\u00e9 par la province qui a utilis\u00e9 la recherche et l&#8217;\u00e9valuation pour identifier et tester des solutions pour relever les d\u00e9fis de d\u00e9veloppement de la main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre en Ontario gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 diverses recherches, le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, et les activit\u00e9s d&#8217;application des connaissances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heather a \u00e9galement occup\u00e9 divers postes au d\u00e9veloppement international Centre de recherche du Canada, notamment le r\u00e9cipiendaire du prix de recherche 2016 dans la branche des \u00e9conomies en r\u00e9seau.
