Elle a collabor\u00e9 avec des organismes gouvernementaux nationaux et provinciaux afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019\u00e9ducation pour tous les apprenants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que directrice adjointe de la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entreprise au Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures, elle met \u00e0 profit sa passion pour la planification strat\u00e9gique, la prise de d\u00e9cision fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, l\u2019innovation et l\u2019inclusion afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019avenir du travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recherches doctorales d\u2019Elyse, men\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Toronto, portaient sur l\u2019examen des comp\u00e9tences mises en avant pendant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 sous l\u2019angle de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.
