Elle veille \u00e0 ce que des recherches et des donn\u00e9es de haute qualit\u00e9 soient partag\u00e9es au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des comp\u00e9tences du Canada afin de soutenir des politiques et des pratiques fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de se joindre au CCF, Laura a dirig\u00e9 des initiatives de recherche et d\u2019\u00e9valuation \u00e0 United Way Greater Toronto, en se concentrant sur le bien-\u00eatre et l\u2019inclusion de la communaut\u00e9. Elle est titulaire d\u2019une ma\u00eetrise en \u00e9tudes sur l\u2019immigration et l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 m\u00e9tropolitaine de Toronto et est une \u00e9valuatrice agr\u00e9\u00e9e par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura est passionn\u00e9e par l\u2019id\u00e9e de rendre la recherche accessible et exploitable, de faire le lien entre les donn\u00e9es et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue afin de soutenir un d\u00e9veloppement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre plus \u00e9quitable et mieux adapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura est disponible pour des entrevues avec les membres des m\u00e9dias.
