Sarah Gaikwad privil\u00e9gie l\u2019innovation globale et l\u2019engagement communautaire, et elle se passionne pour les espaces perturbateurs en mettant l\u2019accent sur la cr\u00e9ation de valeur par la diversification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle apporte un zeste de pens\u00e9e critique, de r\u00e9solution cr\u00e9ative, de probl\u00e8mes et de planification strat\u00e9gique dans son r\u00f4le de directrice des Op\u00e9rations du Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La principale force de Sarah est de transformer une id\u00e9e en un plan strat\u00e9gique avec des \u00e9tapes concr\u00e8tes pour une ex\u00e9cution r\u00e9ussie. En plus de plus de dix ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le d\u00e9veloppement de programmes, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et l\u2019\u00e9ducation internationale, Sarah est conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re \u00e0 temps partiel \u00e0 la Chang School of Continuing Education, o\u00f9 elle donne des cours et des s\u00e9minaires sur la pens\u00e9e critique et la r\u00e9daction universitaire et professionnelle. Elle a \u00e9galement enseign\u00e9 dans le cadre du programme d\u2019int\u00e9gration des femmes immigr\u00e9es du Toronto Centre for Community Learning and Development. Sarah est membre du conseil d\u2019administration et co-responsable du comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 de SKETCH, une entreprise artistique communautaire qui fait appel \u00e0 des jeunes de toutes origines, sans abri ou en marge de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Elle est \u00e9galement cofondatrice de Silk Theory, une boutique en ligne qui propose une collection de bijoux et d\u2019objets artisanaux indiens, alliant design traditionnel et esth\u00e9tique contemporaine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
