Cheryl Gordon, leader du secteur des op\u00e9rations, se consacre \u00e0 la mise en place de syst\u00e8mes inclusifs, \u00e0 la promotion de l\u2019excellence et \u00e0 l\u2019encouragement de l\u2019innovation. Au Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures, elle supervise les op\u00e9rations, les finances, la conformit\u00e9 des partenaires, les ressources humaines, les achats, les installations et la transformation num\u00e9rique, favorisant ainsi la maturit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle de l\u2019organisation et l\u2019adoption de technologies innovantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec plus de sept ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans des fonctions de direction dans le secteur public et deux d\u00e9cennies dans l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire au Canada, aux \u00c9tats-Unis et en Afrique, Cheryl a su constituer des \u00e9quipes hautement performantes et rationaliser des op\u00e9rations complexes. Son expertise couvre la planification strat\u00e9gique, la gestion du changement et la collaboration interfonctionnelle dans des milieux de travail hybrides. Elle est titulaire d\u2019un MBA de la Rotman School of Management de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Toronto et d\u2019un baccalaur\u00e9at en biologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Guelph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
