top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Frame.svg\" alt=\"\"> Sommaire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Le Canada est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un paradoxe en mati\u00e8re d\u2019IA\u00a0: malgr\u00e9 l\u2019excellence de sa recherche et de ses investissements \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, l\u2019adoption de cette technologie par les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) demeure in\u00e9gale. Les estimations varient consid\u00e9rablement, allant de 12,2\u00a0% selon Statistique Canada (qui mesure l\u2019IA en situation de production et de prestation de services) \u00e0 71\u00a0% selon Microsoft (qui prend en compte une d\u00e9finition plus large de l\u2019IA, incluant les outils d\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative). Une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par la BDC en 2024 a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que 39\u00a0% des PME d\u00e9claraient utiliser l\u2019IA, mais que ce taux bondissait \u00e0 66\u00a0% lorsque des exemples concrets leur \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Cela souligne \u00e0 quel point les divergences de d\u00e9finition et la sous-d\u00e9claration influencent les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 l\u2019adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet a analys\u00e9 les facteurs cl\u00e9s et les obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA par les PME. Il a \u00e9galement mis en \u00e9vidence la mani\u00e8re dont cette technologie peut \u00eatre exploit\u00e9e sur l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur, allant de la logistique et des op\u00e9rations au marketing, en passant par le service client, l\u2019approvisionnement, les ressources humaines et les infrastructures. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 40&nbsp;% des PME pourraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 utiliser l\u2019IA \u00e0 leur insu, par le biais de fonctionnalit\u00e9s int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs logiciels de gestion quotidiens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les retomb\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques s\u2019annoncent consid\u00e9rables&nbsp;: d\u2019ici 2030, l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative pourrait g\u00e9n\u00e9rer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100&nbsp;milliards de dollars de valeur annuelle pour les PME. Cela contribuerait \u00e0 injecter quelque 187&nbsp;milliards de dollars dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne globale, tout en entra\u00eenant une hausse de 8&nbsp;% de la productivit\u00e9 nationale du travail. Les enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des travailleurs r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que 78&nbsp;% des employ\u00e9s qui utilisent l\u2019IA constatent des gains de productivit\u00e9, tandis que 66&nbsp;% affirment qu\u2019elle renforce leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Pour les PME aux marges serr\u00e9es, ces gains pourraient s\u2019av\u00e9rer transformateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos conclusions r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que l\u2019adoption de cette technologie d\u00e9passe le simple d\u00e9fi technique; elle repr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement un enjeu majeur en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et de confiance. De nombreux employ\u00e9s utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019IA de mani\u00e8re informelle, en l\u2019absence de formation ou de directives claires. Si cette pratique comporte des risques, elle ouvre \u00e9galement de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s utilisant des outils d\u2019IA ne re\u00e7oivent aucune formation, tandis que plus d\u2019un tiers d\u2019entre eux font \u00e9tat d\u2019un encadrement minimal de la part de leur employeur. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la demande en comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019IA conna\u00eet une forte croissance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les enjeux d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 rev\u00eatent \u00e9galement une importance cruciale&nbsp;: 57&nbsp;% des femmes occupent des postes expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de perturbation, contre 43&nbsp;% des hommes. Par ailleurs, les travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s affichent une bien moins grande familiarit\u00e9 avec l\u2019IA, puisque seulement 5&nbsp;% des 55&nbsp;ans et plus se disent \u00ab tr\u00e8s familiaris\u00e9s \u00bb, contre 39&nbsp;% des 18 \u00e0 24&nbsp;ans. En l\u2019absence de strat\u00e9gies cibl\u00e9es et inclusives visant \u00e0 renforcer la culture de l\u2019IA, les comp\u00e9tences pratiques d\u2019adoption et les parcours vers une expertise de pointe, les PME risquent d\u2019accumuler un retard accru, tant sur le plan de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 que du d\u00e9veloppement de leur main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Combler ce retard en mati\u00e8re d\u2019adoption pourrait lib\u00e9rer un potentiel \u00e9conomique et social consid\u00e9rable pour les PME, tout en permettant au Canada de maintenir sa position de chef de file en IA et de pr\u00e9parer sa main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pour l\u2019avenir du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;<strong>Perspectives cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">S\u2019il est bien r\u00e9el, le paradoxe canadien en mati\u00e8re d\u2019IA reste difficile \u00e0 mesurer avec pr\u00e9cision : En effet, bien que le Canada figure parmi les leaders mondiaux de la recherche et de l\u2019innovation, le taux d\u2019adoption par les PME varie consid\u00e9rablement d\u2019une \u00e9tude \u00e0 l\u2019autre en raison de divergences de d\u00e9finitions et de p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres d\u2019analyse.<strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Les PME font face \u00e0 des obstacles majeurs qui freinent l\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA : des ressources limit\u00e9es, un manque de formation, la m\u00e9fiance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des syst\u00e8mes dits de \u00ab bo\u00eete noire \u00bb, ainsi qu\u2019un acc\u00e8s in\u00e9gal aux infrastructures et \u00e0 l\u2019expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">L\u2019IA apporte des avantages mesurables : Pr\u00e8s de quatre travailleurs sur cinq utilisant l\u2019IA font \u00e9tat d\u2019une hausse de leur productivit\u00e9, tandis que les deux tiers d\u2019entre eux affirment qu\u2019elle stimule leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Cela tend \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer que l\u2019adoption de cette technologie peut am\u00e9liorer tant la performance que la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"40\" height=\"40\" class=\"wp-image-282070\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-3.svg\" alt=\"\">L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9e au c\u0153ur des priorit\u00e9s : Les femmes, les travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s et les groupes en qu\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 font face \u00e0 des risques et \u00e0 des obstacles disproportionn\u00e9s. Cela souligne l\u2019importance d\u2019adopter des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019int\u00e9gration inclusives visant \u00e0 instaurer un climat de confiance et \u00e0 renforcer les comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"40\" height=\"40\" class=\"wp-image-320241\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/No-5.svg\" alt=\"\">Les comp\u00e9tences constituent le levier strat\u00e9gique : Moins d\u2019une PME sur dix d\u00e9clare avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des formations officielles en IA, et pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s utilisant ces outils n\u2019en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019aucune. Pourtant, son adoption dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9conomie reste \u00e0 la tra\u00eene. Les estimations du taux d\u2019adoption par les PME varient consid\u00e9rablement&nbsp;: elles s\u2019\u00e9tablissent \u00e0 12,2&nbsp;% selon Statistique Canada, oscillent entre 39&nbsp;% et 66&nbsp;% d\u2019apr\u00e8s la BDC, et atteignent 71&nbsp;% selon Microsoft, ces \u00e9carts d\u00e9coulant de la m\u00e9thodologie et des d\u00e9finitions propres \u00e0 chaque enqu\u00eate. Cet \u00e9cart met en \u00e9vidence une sous-d\u00e9claration g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, car de nombreuses PME utilisent l\u2019IA int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs outils du quotidien sans s\u2019en rendre compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Canada accuse \u00e9galement un retard quant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de pr\u00e9paration de ses infrastructures&nbsp;: il occupe le dernier rang du G7 pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux superordinateurs et l\u2019avant-dernier pour la vitesse Internet, ce qui alourdit les co\u00fbts d\u2019adoption pour les PME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les PME se heurtent \u00e0 des obstacles de taille que les grandes entreprises peuvent surmonter plus facilement. Le manque de ressources financi\u00e8res et humaines rend difficile l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation de nouvelles technologies. De nombreux dirigeants sont conscients du potentiel de l\u2019IA, mais ont du mal \u00e0 imaginer comment l\u2019appliquer \u00e0 leurs propres activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les PME doivent assumer des co\u00fbts importants li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration, \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 la gestion du changement. Ces d\u00e9penses rendent les investissements dans l\u2019IA difficiles \u00e0 justifier pour des entreprises qui \u00e9voluent d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec des marges r\u00e9duites, sous l\u2019effet des pressions inflationnistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9centes tir\u00e9es de la future Enqu\u00eate nationale&nbsp;2025 sur les besoins en comp\u00e9tences et les pratiques d\u2019emploi, men\u00e9e conjointement par l\u2019Institut de la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Memorial, illustrent parfaitement cet enjeu. Pour les PME r\u00e9fractaires \u00e0 l\u2019adoption, le principal frein ne r\u00e9side ni dans les co\u00fbts ni dans la complexit\u00e9 technique, mais rel\u00e8ve d\u2019un simple \u00ab&nbsp;manque de besoin per\u00e7u&nbsp;\u00bb. Les disparit\u00e9s d\u00e9mographiques sont marqu\u00e9es&nbsp;: les femmes s\u2019exposent davantage \u00e0 des risques de perturbation de l\u2019emploi li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019IA, alors que la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre plus \u00e2g\u00e9e affiche un niveau d\u2019aisance avec ces technologies bien inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Comme les estimations de l\u2019adoption varient consid\u00e9rablement selon les d\u00e9finitions et les m\u00e9thodes retenues (allant de 12,2&nbsp;% \u00e0 71&nbsp;%), il s\u2019av\u00e8re complexe de cerner le taux r\u00e9el d\u2019utilisation de l\u2019IA au sein des PME. Cette forte disparit\u00e9 peut d\u2019ailleurs masquer une sous-d\u00e9claration g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, de nombreux employ\u00e9s utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des outils d\u2019IA dans leur travail quotidien, souvent sans formation ni directives. Cette adoption spontan\u00e9e est porteuse d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s, mais elle met \u00e9galement en lumi\u00e8re des risques sur les plans de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus vuln\u00e9rables face aux contraintes de ressources et aux lourdeurs administratives, les PME se heurtent aux obstacles les plus majeurs. Ces entreprises manquent souvent d\u2019expertise, d\u2019infrastructures et d\u2019informations fiables qui leur permettraient de d\u00e9ployer l\u2019IA de mani\u00e8re responsable. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u00e9coule des comp\u00e9tences, du niveau d\u2019assurance, du climat de confiance et des barri\u00e8res syst\u00e9miques propres aux PME. Bien que de nombreux employ\u00e9s et organisations exp\u00e9rimentent l\u2019IA, son adoption demeure in\u00e9gale, informelle et souvent d\u00e9pourvue de cadre structurel. Cette situation est source \u00e0 la fois d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s et de risques&nbsp;: si les gains de productivit\u00e9 et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 sont bien r\u00e9els, les vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s sur les plans de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l\u2019utilisation responsable le sont tout autant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs constats cl\u00e9s d\u00e9coulent de l\u2019analyse&nbsp;: ils reposent \u00e0 la fois sur le recensement des leviers et des obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019adoption, et sur l\u2019\u00e9tude de cas d\u2019usage concrets tout au long de la cha\u00eene de valeur des PME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019adoption est in\u00e9gale et souvent peu structur\u00e9e<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>De nombreuses PME utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0, sans le savoir, une IA int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs outils logiciels du quotidien, tandis que les employ\u00e9s exp\u00e9rimentent l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative de leur propre chef, en l\u2019absence de directives officielles ou de formation. Parmi les micro-entreprises, 72&nbsp;% s\u2019appuient sur leur personnel actuel pour la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019IA et seules 12&nbsp;% recrutent des sp\u00e9cialistes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Il est difficile d\u2019\u00e9valuer avec pr\u00e9cision les taux d\u2019adoption<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Les chiffres communiqu\u00e9s varient, car les \u00e9tudes utilisent des d\u00e9finitions, des m\u00e9thodes et des champs d\u2019application diff\u00e9rents. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, Statistique Canada fait \u00e9tat d\u2019un taux de 12,2&nbsp;% pour l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019IA \u00ab dans la production de biens ou la prestation de services \u00bb au cours des 12&nbsp;mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la Banque de d\u00e9veloppement du Canada (BDC) a constat\u00e9 que si 39&nbsp;% des r\u00e9pondants affirmaient initialement utiliser l\u2019IA, ce chiffre grimpait \u00e0 66&nbsp;% lorsqu\u2019on leur fournissait des d\u00e9finitions et des exemples. Enfin, le rapport&nbsp;2025 de Microsoft sur les PME r\u00e9v\u00e8le un taux d\u2019adoption de 71&nbsp;% pour l\u2019IA ou l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Ces diff\u00e9rences rendent difficile l\u2019estimation pr\u00e9cise du taux r\u00e9el et peuvent contribuer \u00e0 une sous-d\u00e9claration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Les comp\u00e9tences et le climat de confiance&nbsp;: des freins majeurs \u00e0 l\u2019adoption<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s qui utilisent l\u2019IA d\u00e9clarent n\u2019avoir re\u00e7u aucune formation, tandis que plus d\u2019un tiers n\u2019ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 que d\u2019un encadrement minimal. La familiarit\u00e9 avec ces technologies est \u00e9galement plus marqu\u00e9e chez les jeunes&nbsp;: 39&nbsp;% des 18-24&nbsp;ans se disent \u00ab tr\u00e8s familiers \u00bb avec l\u2019IA, contre seulement 5&nbsp;% des personnes de 55&nbsp;ans et plus, mettant en lumi\u00e8re un net foss\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel dans l\u2019adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La confiance reste un d\u00e9fi<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Les membres du personnel comme les \u00e9quipes de direction affichent une certaine m\u00e9fiance envers l\u2019opacit\u00e9 d\u00e9cisionnelle de l\u2019IA (l\u2019effet \u00ab&nbsp;bo\u00eete noire&nbsp;\u00bb), ses incidences sur la protection de la vie priv\u00e9e et ses applications en mati\u00e8re de surveillance. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, 81&nbsp;% des employ\u00e9s assujettis \u00e0 une surveillance par l\u2019IA affirment avoir l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre observ\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on abusive. Une adoption responsable et transparente est essentielle pour instaurer la confiance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Les \u00e9carts en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 sont importants<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Les femmes sont surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans les professions les plus vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation, les travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s affichent une familiarit\u00e9 nettement moindre avec les outils d\u2019IA, et les PME rurales ou en qu\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 font face \u00e0 des obstacles cumulatifs. En l\u2019absence de strat\u00e9gies d\u2019inclusion d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9es, cette adoption risque d\u2019aggraver les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La promesse est concr\u00e8te<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Les employ\u00e9s qui utilisent des outils d\u2019IA font \u00e9tat, dans leur immense majorit\u00e9, de retomb\u00e9es positives. N\u00e9anmoins, le levier strat\u00e9gique demeure celui des comp\u00e9tences&nbsp;: une structuration du d\u00e9veloppement et de la mise \u00e0 niveau des qualifications en phase avec le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, appuy\u00e9e par des directives et des soutiens explicites, est indispensable pour convertir la phase d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation en un d\u00e9ploiement responsable et p\u00e9renne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Des occasions concr\u00e8tes se dessinent tout au long de la cha\u00eene de valeur<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>L\u2019IA transforme en profondeur l\u2019ensemble des activit\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise&nbsp;: de la logistique d\u2019approvisionnement et de distribution aux op\u00e9rations, en passant par le marketing, le service client, les achats, les ressources humaines et l\u2019infrastructure globale. Pourtant, les PME canadiennes risquent toujours de se retrouver \u00e0 la tra\u00eene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le potentiel \u00e9conomique est consid\u00e9rable, tant pour les PME qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale&nbsp;: l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative pourrait cr\u00e9er jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100&nbsp;milliards de dollars de valeur annuelle pour les PME d\u2019ici 2030 et injecter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 187&nbsp;milliards de dollars dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne, tout en stimulant de 8&nbsp;% la productivit\u00e9 nationale du travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res constatations sont encourageantes&nbsp;: pr\u00e8s de quatre travailleurs sur cinq utilisant l\u2019IA font \u00e9tat de gains de productivit\u00e9, tandis que les deux tiers affirment qu\u2019elle renforce leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Pour les PME dont les marges sont faibles, ces am\u00e9liorations peuvent changer la donne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette transition est tout autant humaine et ax\u00e9e sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre que technologique. La demande en comp\u00e9tences de pointe ou fondamentales en IA a bondi de 37&nbsp;% entre 2018 et 2023, et les travailleurs poss\u00e9dant ces aptitudes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une prime salariale de 56&nbsp;%, ce qui intensifie la concurrence et accentue le d\u00e9savantage des PME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019adoption doit toutefois se faire de mani\u00e8re responsable et inclusive. Il est essentiel d\u2019int\u00e9grer des garde-fous favorisant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019intervention humaine tout au long de la formation et du d\u00e9ploiement afin de pr\u00e9server la confiance et de p\u00e9renniser les retomb\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compte tenu des obstacles accrus auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les PME, celles-ci ont besoin de ressources suppl\u00e9mentaires et d\u2019un accompagnement global et cibl\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les implications sont claires&nbsp;: Pour concr\u00e9tiser les gains de productivit\u00e9 promis par l\u2019IA, un d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences concert\u00e9 et align\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du travail s\u2019impose. Cette d\u00e9marche repose sur trois piliers&nbsp;: une litt\u00e9ratie universelle en IA, des comp\u00e9tences d\u2019int\u00e9gration pratiques pour chaque secteur, et des parcours de sp\u00e9cialisation pointus. Ce parcours doit \u00eatre offert via des formations modulaires, accessibles et adapt\u00e9es au milieu de travail, tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un accompagnement int\u00e9gr\u00e9.
