rapidement la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre dans l\u2019ensemble des secteurs en permettant aux syst\u00e8mes d\u2019interpr\u00e9ter les donn\u00e9es, de tirer des enseignements des tendances et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des perspectives strat\u00e9giques. Au Canada, cette \u00e9volution devrait n\u00e9cessiter une adaptation importante de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. Bien que l\u2019IA pr\u00e9sente des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation des emplois, elle offre \u00e9galement des occasions d\u2019accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9, de renforcer la prise de d\u00e9cision et de soutenir l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouvelles fonctions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 canadien conna\u00eet actuellement une transformation num\u00e9rique rapide, l\u2019intelligence artificielle s\u2019imposant comme un moteur essentiel de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, de la modernisation du r\u00e9seau et de la hausse de la demande en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Afin de mieux comprendre ces changements, Ressources humaines \u00c9lectricit\u00e9 Canada a men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude visant \u00e0 examiner la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019IA est mise en \u0153uvre dans l\u2019ensemble du secteur et ses implications pour les travailleurs. Cette \u00e9tude s\u2019est pench\u00e9e sur deux questions essentielles : quel est l\u2019impact de l\u2019IA sur l\u2019emploi dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ? Comment la demande de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pourrait-elle \u00e9voluer \u00e0 mesure que la consommation d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 augmente, notamment en raison de l\u2019expansion des centres de donn\u00e9es ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que l\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Pr\u00e8s de 90&nbsp;% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 utiliser des outils d\u2019IA dans au moins un domaine op\u00e9rationnel, tel que le service client, la facturation ou la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les entreprises ont principalement recours \u00e0 l\u2019IA pour am\u00e9liorer leur productivit\u00e9 et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client, tout en contribuant \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019objectifs sectoriels plus larges, tels que les pr\u00e9visions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et le suivi des \u00e9missions. Il est important de noter que cette \u00e9tude a soulign\u00e9 que l\u2019IA ne supprime pas d\u2019emplois, mais les transforme. Cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re une demande pour de nouveaux postes, et on constate un besoin croissant de comp\u00e9tences hybrides alliant expertise technique, connaissance du secteur et ma\u00eetrise du num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, cette \u00e9tude met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence plusieurs d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019IA. L\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA varie selon les groupes d\u00e9mographiques et les r\u00e9gions, et les cadres de gouvernance n\u2019ont pas suivi le rythme de l\u2019\u00e9volution technologique. Si de nombreuses organisations d\u00e9clarent utiliser des outils d\u2019IA, seule une faible proportion d\u2019entre elles a adopt\u00e9 des politiques officielles, ce qui soul\u00e8ve des inqui\u00e9tudes quant \u00e0 la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, \u00e0 la protection des renseignements personnels et \u00e0 une mise en \u0153uvre responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019ensemble, ces conclusions soulignent que la r\u00e9ussite de l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019IA dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 canadien d\u00e9pendra d\u2019une planification proactive des effectifs, d\u2019offres de formation inclusives et de cadres de gouvernance plus solides. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/projets\/sos-ai\/\">approches d\u2019IA<\/a> peuvent s\u2019appuyer sur des mod\u00e8les g\u00e9n\u00e9ratifs, le traitement du langage naturel, la vision par ordinateur et l\u2019apprentissage par renforcement pour soutenir la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de nouveaux contenus et l\u2019assimilation des donn\u00e9es fournies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019expansion consid\u00e9rable de l\u2019IA et sa d\u00e9mocratisation ont profond\u00e9ment transform\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble des secteurs. On estime que pr\u00e8s de <a href=\"https:\/\/canada.newsroom.ibm.com\/2023-08-23-Canadian-Executives-Anticipate-Significant-Workforce-Reskilling-And-Shifting-Employee-Expectations-As-They-Adopt-Artificial-Intelligence\">42&nbsp;% de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre canadienne devra actualiser ses comp\u00e9tences au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es pour suivre le rythme de la croissance de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative.<\/a> M\u00eame si les progr\u00e8s de l\u2019IA comportent un risque d\u2019automatisation des emplois, celle-ci peut \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er davantage d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA commence \u00e0 se g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser dans tous les secteurs, mais des lacunes et des d\u00e9fis subsistent. Environ 25&nbsp;% des travailleurs au Canada d\u00e9clarent utiliser des outils d\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative comme ChatGPT ou Microsoft Copilot; toutefois, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation demeure <a href=\"https:\/\/businessdatalab.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Prompting_Productivity_Report_May_2024.pdf\">limit\u00e9 et des lacunes persistent quant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration et \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de ces technologies<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, l\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA a \u00e9t\u00e9 in\u00e9gale d\u2019un secteur \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Les grandes entreprises et les secteurs \u00e0 forte marge, tels que la sant\u00e9, la finance et le droit, ont mis en place et utilis\u00e9 l\u2019IA pour r\u00e9duire leurs co\u00fbts et accro\u00eetre leur productivit\u00e9, avec des r\u00e9sultats largement attest\u00e9s. Cependant, l\u2019IA rec\u00e8le encore un potentiel inexploit\u00e9 dans d\u2019autres secteurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 canadien conna\u00eet actuellement une transformation num\u00e9rique rapide, l\u2019intelligence artificielle s\u2019imposant comme un facteur cl\u00e9 de cette croissance. L\u2019intelligence artificielle est en train de transformer les processus op\u00e9rationnels, les fonctions professionnelles, les comp\u00e9tences requises et la demande globale en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Ces changements exigeront du personnel qu\u2019il s\u2019adapte et adopte des strat\u00e9gies innovantes. Deux questions de recherche fondamentales ont guid\u00e9 ce projet. Dans un premier temps, quel est l\u2019impact de l\u2019IA sur les emplois dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9?
