Ayant subi le plus fort des perturbations du march\u00e9 du travail caus\u00e9es par la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, ils ont connu un bref r\u00e9pit en 2022 et au d\u00e9but de 2023, alors que les conditions d\u2019emploi s\u2019am\u00e9lioraient temporairement. Toutefois, ces gains semblent s\u2019\u00eatre effrit\u00e9s depuis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette note de recherche s\u2019inscrit dans un effort plus large visant \u00e0 approfondir la compr\u00e9hension du Canada sur les meilleures fa\u00e7ons de soutenir les jeunes dans leur parcours de l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. Les documents accessibles au public manquent souvent de d\u00e9tails essentiels sur les populations cibl\u00e9es, les mod\u00e8les de prestation et les r\u00e9sultats, ce qui rend difficile la compr\u00e9hension des services offerts ou de leur efficacit\u00e9.<br><\/p><p>Les gouvernements \u00e0 tous les niveaux peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le dans le renforcement de la base de connaissances pour la programmation jeunesse.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>La programmation r\u00e9active est plus courante que les approches proactives : la plupart des programmes d\u2019emploi pour les jeunes au Canada sont r\u00e9actifs, s\u2019attaquant aux d\u00e9fis seulement apr\u00e8s que les jeunes aient pris du retard dans leur parcours de l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. Une approche proactive, concentr\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9vention, l\u2019orientation pr\u00e9coce et la prise de d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es, permettrait de mieux pr\u00e9parer les jeunes \u00e0 un march\u00e9 du travail en constante \u00e9volution et de r\u00e9duire les obstacles ult\u00e9rieurs.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Il existe des d\u00e9fis pour mobiliser les jeunes qui ont le plus besoin de soutien : m\u00eame lorsque de solides programmes existent, de nombreux jeunes \u2014 particuli\u00e8rement les jeunes NEEF (ni en emploi, ni aux \u00e9tudes, ni en formation) \u2014 peinent \u00e0 les trouver ou \u00e0 y acc\u00e9der.
