Savoir quelles t\u00e2ches, quels emplois et quels secteurs seront remplac\u00e9s ou am\u00e9lior\u00e9s par l\u2019IA et d\u2019autres technologies d\u2019automatisation est n\u00e9cessaire pour comprendre et se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 ces impacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u00c0 cette fin, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouveau cadre permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019exposition de diff\u00e9rentes t\u00e2ches professionnelles aux nouvelles technologies, les gains de productivit\u00e9 potentiels d\u00e9coulant de l\u2019utilisation de technologies d\u2019automatisation, ainsi style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Les professions du secteur des sciences naturelles et appliqu\u00e9es sont les plus expos\u00e9es (82,0 pour cent), tandis que les m\u00e9tiers de la vente et des services en contact avec le public sont les moins expos\u00e9s (37,0 pour cent).<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>L\u2019application de ces estimations \u00e0 un sc\u00e9nario du march\u00e9 du travail dans notre mod\u00e8le des professions, des comp\u00e9tences et de la technologie (MOST) laisse entrevoir une augmentation de 2,0 pour cent des emplois par rapport \u00e0 nos pr\u00e9visions de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour 2045. Ces activit\u00e9s aideront les Canadiens et Canadiennes \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions relativement \u00e0 la formation, permettront de cr\u00e9er des prototypes et de mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai de nouvelles approches pour d\u00e9terminer les comp\u00e9tences les plus recherch\u00e9es, et faciliteront la diffusion publique et \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle des renseignements et des donn\u00e9es probantes sur les pratiques exemplaires et les solutions gagnantes.
