Le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences au Qu\u00e9bec a re\u00e7u une importante injection de fonds pour aider les Qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises et les Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 du travail et \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer aux emplois de demain. C\u2019est ce que pr\u00e9voit une entente de 20 millions de dollars sur trois ans<\/a> entre le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures (CCF) et la Commission des partenaires du march\u00e9 du travail (CPMT). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Projet consiste \u00e0 soutenir les programmes, mesures, initiatives et activit\u00e9s de la Commission qui contribuent au d\u00e9veloppement, \u00e0 la reconnaissance et \u00e0 la mise en valeur des comp\u00e9tences de la main-d’reuvre en fonction des besoins actuels et futurs du march\u00e9 du travail du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trois appels de projets visant le financement des initiatives relatives au d\u00e9veloppement, \u00e0 la reconnaissance et \u00e0 la mise en valeur des comp\u00e9tences de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s le mars 2022 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois des comp\u00e9tences du futur<\/strong>, qui vise \u00e0 enclencher la mise en \u0153uvre du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel, en permettant aux diff\u00e9rents acteurs du march\u00e9 du travail de se l\u2019approprier, de l\u2019adapter et de le faire conna\u00eetre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Maintien et int\u00e9gration en emploi de groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s (GSR) sur le march\u00e9 du travail,<\/strong> qui porte sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration et du maintien en emploi des groupes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Il permet d\u2019explorer de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de faire, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les connaissances sur le sujet et de faciliter la concertation entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs du march\u00e9 du travail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Rehausser la pr\u00e9sence des femmes en emploi et accompagner les d\u00e9marches d\u2019inclusion des organisations dans les secteurs des sciences, des technologies, de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie et des math\u00e9matiques (STIM), <\/strong>qui vise \u00e0 rehausser la pr\u00e9sence en emploi des femmes dans les secteurs des STIM, y compris celles issues de sous-groupes qui y sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 favoriser leur participation, leur maintien et leur progression en emploi en soutenant la cr\u00e9ation de milieux de travail inclusifs dans ces secteurs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
