Toutefois, la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre existante n\u2019est pas en mesure de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande de travailleurs dans la r\u00e9gion, qui continuera de cro\u00eetre.<br><br>Quels facteurs contribuent \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre dans le Nord de l\u2019Ontario? Dans quels secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie observe-t-on la plus forte demande de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre? Quel r\u00f4le joue l\u2019immigration dans l\u2019accroissement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion? Quels sont les principaux d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9tention des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s dans le Nord de l\u2019Ontario? Comment une \u00e9ducation plus inclusive et une plus grande repr\u00e9sentation au sein de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre peuvent-elles maximiser les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi des travailleurs locaux dans cette r\u00e9gion? Et que peuvent faire les \u00e9tablissements postsecondaires du Nord de l\u2019Ontario pour offrir des programmes ax\u00e9s sur les professions les plus recherch\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 du travail?<br><br>Ce condens\u00e9 offre un aper\u00e7u de la situation sur le march\u00e9 du travail dans le Nord de l\u2019Ontario. Entre 2016 et 2021, le nombre d\u2019immigrants ayant obtenu la r\u00e9sidence permanente dans le Nord de l\u2019Ontario a augment\u00e9 de 49 %.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Il faudra continuer d\u2019attirer des immigrants qualifi\u00e9s et faire en sorte qu\u2019ils restent afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences du march\u00e9 du travail.
