			{"id":309956,"date":"2025-01-07T14:06:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-07T19:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/research\/international-students-transition-to-work\/"},"modified":"2025-02-07T14:14:07","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T19:14:07","slug":"international-students-transition-to-work","status":"publish","type":"research","link":"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/recherche\/international-students-transition-to-work\/","title":{"rendered":"La transition des \u00e9tudiants \u00e9trangers vers l\u2019emploi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les \u00e9tudiants \u00e9trangers de niveau coll\u00e9gial affichent de moins bons r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi que leurs homologues n\u00e9s au Canada. \u00c0 l\u2019exception de ceux qui travaillent dans les domaines des STIM, les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s internationaux au coll\u00e9gial gagnent de 15 \u00e0 23 % de moins apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de leur dipl\u00f4me. Les obstacles les plus courants pour les \u00e9tudiants \u00e9trangers sont les suivants : la difficult\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux informations sur les programmes et services pertinents.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Les coll\u00e8ges peuvent s\u2019appuyer sur les r\u00e9seaux de soutien par les pairs pour cr\u00e9er des programmes officiels de mentorat par les pairs au sein des services d\u2019orientation professionnelle.
