Elle a des r\u00e9percussions importantes sur l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. Alors que l\u2019IA devient de plus en plus pr\u00e9sente dans nos vies, des questions se posent quant \u00e0 son incidence sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019une part, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019IA imite, dans une certaine mesure, le fonctionnement du cerveau humain, il existe un risque qu\u2019elle ne fasse que renforcer les discriminations, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s sous-jacents en reproduisant les biais humains existants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">D\u2019autre part, vu que l\u2019IA utilise des m\u00e9thodes de pr\u00e9diction statistique v\u00e9rifiables, elle a le potentiel de r\u00e9duire les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s humains, ce qui profite aux groupes marginalis\u00e9s.&nbsp;<br>Toutefois, les recherches men\u00e9es dans le cadre de ce projet financ\u00e9 par le Centre des comp\u00e9tences futures indiquent des moyens d\u2019att\u00e9nuer ces risques et de veiller \u00e0 ce que le r\u00f4le de l\u2019IA dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels r\u00e9duise les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, notamment en (1)&nbsp;se concentrant sur les initiatives en faveur d\u2019une repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9quitable dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019IA; (2)&nbsp;en privil\u00e9giant l\u2019alignement de l\u2019IA sur des valeurs sociales telles que l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9; (3)&nbsp;en cr\u00e9ant des politiques sur l\u2019IA qui accordent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 et la transparence; et (4)&nbsp;en veillant \u00e0 ce que les programmes de recyclage ou de perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences prennent en compte les effets de l\u2019IA sur la r\u00e9partition des revenus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group key-insights-grey has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#0000000d\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Perspectives cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px;margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No.svg\" alt=\"\">L\u2019IA peut contribuer \u00e0 lutter contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et les injustices lorsque les d\u00e9cisions humaines peuvent \u00eatre influenc\u00e9es par des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s inh\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-1.svg\" alt=\"\">Le d\u00e9veloppement et le d\u00e9ploiement de l\u2019IA dans les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences doivent se faire en tenant compte de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, faute de quoi les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s existantes risquent d\u2019\u00eatre exacerb\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-flex\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-243230\" style=\"width: 40px; margin-right: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/No-2.svg\" alt=\"\">Des politiques d\u2019am\u00e9lioration et de recyclage des comp\u00e9tences sont n\u00e9cessaires pour soutenir les employ\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9s touch\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e par la perte de leur emploi et l\u2019\u00e9volution des exigences en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"the-issue\" class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-anchor-point\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column gradient-top purple is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"TheChallenge\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-240812\" style=\"width: 12px;height: 24px;margin-right: 10px;position: relative; top: -2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vector-2.svg\" alt=\"\"> L\u2019enjeu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group flex-print is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>L\u2019IA est d\u00e9j\u00e0 omnipr\u00e9sente dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et devrait transformer de nombreux aspects du travail et du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle rec\u00e8le de nombreux avantages. Id\u00e9alement, l\u2019IA \u00e9limine les r\u00e9percussions possibles de l\u2019erreur humaine en faisant des pr\u00e9dictions pr\u00e9cises et en aidant les humains \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions. Par exemple, dans les milieux de travail, l\u2019IA peut r\u00e9duire les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s lors de l\u2019embauche; dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9, elle peut aider \u00e0 diagnostiquer des maladies comme la d\u00e9mence et \u00e0 trouver des traitements; dans les institutions financi\u00e8res, elle peut pr\u00e9dire la probabilit\u00e9 que des personnes soient en d\u00e9faut de paiement hypoth\u00e9caire; et au sein des gouvernements, elle peut \u00e9valuer les cas de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s afin d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats plus justes pour les demandeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, la technologie et les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019IA ne sont pas neutres ou objectifs, car ils s\u2019inscrivent dans un contexte social et historique qui peut marginaliser certains groupes, dont les femmes, les communaut\u00e9s racis\u00e9es et les communaut\u00e9s \u00e0 faible revenu.
