La discrimination en milieu de travail est v\u00e9cue par de nombreuses personnes appartenant \u00e0 des groupes vis\u00e9s par des mesures d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et provenant de divers horizons, notamment les peuples autochtones, les femmes, les personnes racis\u00e9es, les Noirs, les personnes handicap\u00e9es et les personnes membres de la communaut\u00e9 2ELGBTQI+. L\u2019intersectionnalit\u00e9 joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la mani\u00e8re dont les pratiques discriminatoires affectent les personnes ayant des identit\u00e9s multiples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9montrent \u00e9galement que, pour certains groupes, les personnes qui d\u00e9clarent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de discrimination en milieu de travail ont tendance \u00e0 faire \u00e9tat d\u2019une moins bonne sant\u00e9 mentale que leurs homologues qui ne d\u00e9clarent pas avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de discrimination. De plus, le suivi des plaintes et des d\u00e9parts de l\u2019entreprise fournit \u00e9galement des indications importantes sur ce qui fonctionne et ce qui ne fonctionne pas.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que l\u2019intersectionnalit\u00e9 est importante, car de nombreux groupes sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de multiples sources de discrimination, ce qui a l\u2019effet de cr\u00e9er une discrimination sp\u00e9cifique. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, les femmes noires et les jeunes femmes (18 \u00e0 34 ans) sont plus susceptibles que les femmes en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de d\u00e9clarer avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de discrimination en milieu de travail.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
