Une plus grande diversit\u00e9 contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises, l\u2019innovation, la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s, les pratiques de gouvernance et la gestion des risques. Malgr\u00e9 les preuves de plus en plus nombreuses de ces avantages, la diversit\u00e9 dans la direction des entreprises canadiennes reste insuffisante, en raison de l\u2019absence de m\u00e9canismes efficaces de mesure, de suivi et de responsabilisation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diverses interventions, notamment la l\u00e9gislation gouvernementale et des initiatives de sensibilisation comme le Club 30&nbsp;%+ et l\u2019Initiative BlackNorth (BNI), visent \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la lenteur des progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9, en particulier pour les femmes et les personnes racialis\u00e9es. Le Club 30&nbsp;%+ vise \u00e0 atteindre une repr\u00e9sentation d\u2019au moins 30&nbsp;% de femmes dans les conseils d\u2019administration et les \u00e9quipes de direction au niveau mondial, tandis que BNI vise \u00e0 lutter contre le racisme syst\u00e9mique anti-Noirs et \u00e0 atteindre une repr\u00e9sentation de 3,5&nbsp;% de dirigeants noirs dans les postes de direction et les conseils d\u2019administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rapport \u00e9value l\u2019\u00e9tat de la diversit\u00e9 dans les postes de direction au sein des entreprises canadiennes, principalement en ce qui concerne la repr\u00e9sentation des groupes m\u00e9ritant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 (les femmes, les Noirs et les personnes racialis\u00e9es) de 2015 \u00e0 2022.
