D\u2019apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente, le nombre d\u2019entreprises canadiennes peinant \u00e0 recruter du personnel qualifi\u00e9 \u00e9tait plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en 2021 (75 %) qu\u2019en 2013 (68 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-midsize\">Si la solution de l\u2019immigration fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une attention importante, l\u2019accent est peu plac\u00e9 sur les jeunes, et les jeunes racis\u00e9s en particulier. Bien que le Canada fasse partie des pays de l\u2019OCDE les mieux class\u00e9s dans le domaine de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, les jeunes racis\u00e9s rencontrent des obstacles particuliers sur le march\u00e9 du travail et restent une ressource non exploit\u00e9e dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 travers un examen des rapports universitaires et sectoriels existants et une analyse des politiques et des programmes, le pr\u00e9sent rapport vise les objectifs suivants : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) cerner les obstacles entravant l\u2019acc\u00e8s des jeunes racis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) cartographier l\u2019ensemble des politiques et des programmes, gouvernementaux ou non, con\u00e7us pour soutenir les jeunes racis\u00e9s; et <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) recenser les lacunes dans les politiques et les programmes actuels. Dans le cadre d\u2019une \u00e9tude canadienne, 30 % des jeunes LGBTQ2S+ interrog\u00e9s ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 manquer l\u2019\u00e9cole en raison d\u2019un sentiment
