Parmi ces obstacles, les deux principaux sont le manque de sensibilisation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la neurodiversit\u00e9 et une m\u00e9connaissance de cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ainsi que la stigmatisation et les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s qui y sont associ\u00e9s. Pour la majorit\u00e9 des travailleurs neuroatypiques et des employeurs interrog\u00e9s, le manque de sensibilisation constitue le d\u00e9fi auquel les employ\u00e9s neuroatypiques sont le plus souvent confront\u00e9s en milieu de travail.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Parmi les autres obstacles courants, citons les difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 obtenir les mesures d\u2019adaptation n\u00e9cessaires, le manque de clart\u00e9 ou l\u2019ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 des messages communiqu\u00e9s par les gestionnaires et les coll\u00e8gues, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de camoufler certains comportements pour se conformer aux normes sociales et le fait de ne pas \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019aise ou d\u2019\u00eatre tout bonnement incapable de d\u00e9voiler son profil neuroatypique.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\"
