Cependant, les entreprises qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises et canadiennes d\u00e9plorent depuis longtemps la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et de comp\u00e9tences et le manque d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant l\u2019un des probl\u00e8mes les plus critiques ayant un impact sur leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et leur capacit\u00e9 de croissance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis majeurs, notamment en ce qui a trait aux transformations technologiques, \u00e9conomiques et environnementales, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19. Ces d\u00e9fis ont eu, ou auront, un impact substantiel sur les syst\u00e8mes organisationnels, l\u2019organisation du travail et les besoins en comp\u00e9tences. Des facteurs de niveau macro tels que les innovations technologiques, les changements dans la division mondiale du travail, les changements dans l\u2019organisation des entreprises, les mutations d\u00e9mographiques et les changements dans les modes de consommation, entre autres, red\u00e9finissent le march\u00e9 du travail et cr\u00e9ent de nouveaux d\u00e9fis pour les entreprises (OCDE, 2017). Ces d\u00e9fis et l\u2019\u00e9volution des tendances ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 le besoin comp\u00e9tences nouvelles ou diff\u00e9rentes dans toutes les organisations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019impact de ces grandes tendances est d\u00e9j\u00e0 ressenti par les entreprises du Qu\u00e9bec. L\u2019objectif fondamental de ce projet est de comprendre les lacunes et les besoins en comp\u00e9tences au sein des entreprises qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises, en particulier des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME).
