Ce document propose une nouvelle approche pour d\u00e9finir les groupes d\u2019emplois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faits saillants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Canada a besoin d\u2019une approche fond\u00e9e sur les comp\u00e9tences pour discuter des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi. Nous avons \u00e9tabli huit grappes d\u2019emplois, reposant sur les similarit\u00e9s entre les comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les professionnels des STIM poss\u00e8dent des comp\u00e9tences comme la programmation, la conception de technologies et les sciences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les travailleurs du savoir sont la grappe ayant le plus haut niveau d\u2019\u00e9tudes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La grappe des services personnels met notamment l\u2019accent sur la n\u00e9gociation, l\u2019expression orale et l\u2019\u00e9criture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les superviseurs poss\u00e8dent un ensemble de comp\u00e9tences bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es mais \u00e0 un niveau mod\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La plupart des m\u00e9tiers techniques requi\u00e8rent un titre de comp\u00e9tence obtenu apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire.
