class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Malgr\u00e9 des investissements continus dans la formation ax\u00e9e sur leurs comp\u00e9tences, les Autochtones demeurent sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail, et ces disparit\u00e9s se sont aggrav\u00e9es depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>La principale raison cit\u00e9e par les Autochtones pour expliquer leur difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver du travail est le manque d\u2019emplois disponibles (60,3 %), suivi du manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience de travail (44,6 %) et du manque d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation (44,5 %)<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>L\u2019importance excessive accord\u00e9e aux titres de comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9savantage de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e de nombreux groupes en qu\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, dont les Autochtones, qui sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, la formation et les possibilit\u00e9s de financement rev\u00eatent un caract\u00e8re indispensable pour permettre l\u2019avancement professionnel des Autochtones, accro\u00eetre les chances de r\u00e9ussite des Autochtones sur le march\u00e9 du travail et en entrepreneuriat et favoriser la r\u00e9conciliation \u00e9conomique au Canada. De telles possibilit\u00e9s peuvent aider les Autochtones \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution constante d\u2019un march\u00e9 du travail ax\u00e9 sur la technologie, et ce, dans les nombreux secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 qui composent l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne. La force \u00e9conomique du Canada d\u00e9pend de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 offrir \u00e0 chaque membre de la population les ressources dont il a besoin pour mettre \u00e0 profit ses talents, ses comp\u00e9tences et ses capacit\u00e9s. Pour parvenir \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie v\u00e9ritablement inclusive, il est primordial d\u2019\u0153uvrer d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment pour s\u2019assurer que les groupes historiquement marginalis\u00e9s, tels que les Autochtones, puissent s\u2019\u00e9panouir et r\u00e9ussir sur un pied d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 comme employ\u00e9s, propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprise, entrepreneurs et chefs de fle de leur secteur et, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. \u00c0 cette fn, il est essentiel de lancer des initiatives qui permettent aux Autochtones d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des possibilit\u00e9s de formation, de r\u00e9seautage et de mentorat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En collaboration avec ses partenaires, le Conseil canadien pour l\u2019entreprise autochtone (CCEA) a produit le rapport Pr\u00e9paration et r\u00e9silience : Cartographie des grandes lignes de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des comp\u00e9tences et de l\u2019emploi des Autochtones au Canada dans le cadre d\u2019un projet sur les obstacles et les facteurs favorables \u00e0 l\u2019emploi des Autochtones au Canada visant \u00e0 dresser un \u00e9tat des lieux de l\u2019emploi autochtone. La pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude s\u2019est articul\u00e9e en trois phases, \u00e0 savoir un exercice de cartographie, suivi de deux s\u00e9ries d\u2019entrevues approfondies. La phase 1 a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9valuer un large vivier d\u2019organismes de perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences et de financement propres aux Autochtones au Canada. Cet exercice de cartographie visait \u00e0 comprendre les possibilit\u00e9s disponibles actuellement pour les Autochtones, en mati\u00e8re d\u2019avancement professionnel et de perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences. Les phases 2 et 3 ont apport\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de contexte suppl\u00e9mentaires sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019emploi autochtone, notamment des observations et des contributions singuli\u00e8res de repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019entreprises autochtones et d\u2019entreprises non autochtones. Dans le cadre de chacune de ces phases, 15 entrevues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec des prestataires de formation autochtones et 15 autres avec des entreprises non autochtones figurant dans le r\u00e9pertoire du CCEA, soit un total de 30 entrevues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude peuvent aider les entrepreneurs autochtones, les pouvoirs publics et les entreprises du secteur priv\u00e9 \u00e0 mieux comprendre le manque de possibilit\u00e9s actuelles offertes aux Autochtones, \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence les possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement de programmes futurs et \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier aux \u00e9ventuelles lacunes dans les possibilit\u00e9s existantes.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"page-block cards-grid full-width-block card-style--default
