L\u2019adoption d\u2019un prisme EDI implique notamment de pr\u00e9voir les outils, les ressources et les infrastructures sociales et num\u00e9riques dont divers groupes ont besoin afin d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et d\u2019emploi.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2021, alors que la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 entrait dans sa deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, les r\u00e9percussions majeures sur le march\u00e9 du travail se sont poursuivies. Le nombre de cas et d\u2019hospitalisations a constamment augment\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale, et le Canada a subi deux vagues suppl\u00e9mentaires avant d\u2019assister en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 la propagation rapide du variant Omicron. Bon nombre de r\u00e9gions dans le pays ont maintenu des mesures de fermeture, de confinement, de restriction des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019accueil, voire d\u2019obligation vaccinale. Toutefois, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e en puissance de la vaccination, les gouvernements et les d\u00e9cideurs politiques ont pu revoir leurs plans afin de r\u00e9activer l\u2019\u00e9conomie. En juin 2021, forts de la hausse des taux de vaccination et de l\u2019optimisme ambiant, plusieurs gouvernements provinciaux ont ainsi annonc\u00e9 l\u2019assouplissement des restrictions de sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a continu\u00e9 de proposer des soutiens financiers aux entreprises et aux travailleurs afin d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les r\u00e9percussions de la pand\u00e9mie. Ces mesures visaient \u00e0 venir en aide aux personnes et aux familles dans l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de travailler en raison de la COVID-19 et \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir le risque de fermeture d\u00e9finitive des entreprises. Conjointement aux restrictions de sant\u00e9 publique mises en place par les provinces, ces diverses prestations ont sans aucun doute influ\u00e9 sur l\u2019offre et la demande de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. De fait, le nombre de postes vacants a atteint un sommet au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 20213 et, en d\u00e9cembre 2021, le taux de ch\u00f4mage s\u2019\u00e9tablissait \u00e0 5,9 %, soit \u00e0 peine au-dessus du niveau observ\u00e9 avant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayant pour but d\u2019analyser les tendances de la demande de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021, le pr\u00e9sent rapport s\u2019attachera \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>d\u00e9crire les tendances relatives aux offres d\u2019emploi publi\u00e9es en ligne au Canada en 2021, en
