Ainsi, on peut concevoir les postes vacants comme l\u2019ensemble de comp\u00e9tences associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ces postes, ou comme des demandes de comp\u00e9tences non combl\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, au Canada,&nbsp;<strong>la valeur non r\u00e9alis\u00e9e des comp\u00e9tences des postes vacants a atteint 25 milliards de dollars<\/strong>&nbsp;contre 15 milliards en 2015. La hausse du nombre d\u2019emplois vacants et des taux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, ainsi que les changements dans le type d\u2019emplois vacants, ont tous deux contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cette hausse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En examinant les p\u00e9nuries de comp\u00e9tences sur le march\u00e9 du travail, la valeur de ces comp\u00e9tences et leur valeur \u00e9conomique non r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, cette \u00e9tude cherche \u00e0 faire le jour sur les besoins du march\u00e9 du travail, et sur les obligations qui en d\u00e9coulent pour les \u00e9ducateurs et les d\u00e9cideurs des politiques d\u2019immigration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El\u00e9ments-cl\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lorsqu\u2019un employeur cherche \u00e0 pourvoir un poste vacant, ce qu\u2019il recherche en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c\u2019est un ensemble de comp\u00e9tences pour accomplir une s\u00e9rie de t\u00e2ches. La valeur non r\u00e9alis\u00e9e des comp\u00e9tences des postes vacants dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 25 milliards de dollars en 2020. La part de cette valeur non r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie repr\u00e9sente 1,33 % du PIB.<\/li><li>Les six comp\u00e9tences de postes vacants avec la plus grande valeur sont l\u2019\u00e9coute active, la pens\u00e9e critique, la compr\u00e9hension de lecture, l\u2019expression orale, la surveillance et la coordination.
