Ils constituent \u00e9galement une innovation relativement r\u00e9cente; les intervenants doivent relever un certain nombre de d\u00e9fis et favoriser la croissance de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences afin de soutenir leur utilisation et leur adoption \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecampusontario.ca\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eCampusOntario<\/a> a \u00e9labor\u00e9, en collaboration avec ses partenaires, le document Principes et cadre de microcertification relatif aux micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences; il servira de base \u00e0 la mise sur pied de projets de micro-titre de comp\u00e9tences en Ontario. Ce travail a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans les efforts visant \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un consensus de d\u00e9finition au Canada et \u00e0 aborder les besoins actuels de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me canadien des micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences en \u00e9mergence. II s&#8217;agit principalement d&#8217;apprenants, d&#8217;employeurs ou de partenaires communautaires, et d&#8217;EPS qui collaborent pour mettre sur pied des programmes de micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Les micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences ont le potentiel de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des apprenants \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges et \u00e0 tous les stades de la carri\u00e8re, y compris en permettant une requalification et un perfectionnement. Ces apprenants peuvent \u00eatre des personnes se pr\u00e9parant \u00e0 travailler dans un nouveau secteur ou un nouvel emploi, en apprentissage tout en travaillant \u00e0 temps plein, ou d\u00e9montrant des comp\u00e9tences pr\u00eates \u00e0 l\u2019emploi pour compl\u00e9ter un dipl\u00f4me existant pour le perfectionnement professionnel ou pour reconna\u00eetre un apprentissage ant\u00e9rieur.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Les participants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude ont constat\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9valuation des aptitudes et des comp\u00e9tences devait \u00eatre authentique et pertinente par rapport \u00e0 des sc\u00e9narios en milieu de travail concrets. L\u2019\u00e9valuation authentique demande \u00e0 l\u2019apprenant de faire ou de d\u00e9montrer une aptitude, une comp\u00e9tence ou une attitude pr\u00e9cise en rapport avec un milieu de travail particulier ou dans sa vie personnelle.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-midsize\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il fut un temps o\u00f9 le paysage des micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences, tant d\u2019un point de vue mondial que canadien, \u00e9tait caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par des d\u00e9finitions et des approches concurrentes. De nos jours, toutefois, on assiste \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence timide d\u2019un consensus de haut niveau. Cela se refl\u00e8te dans l\u2019enthousiasme croissant pour l\u2019utilisation des micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences dans une grande partie du Canada et ailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire progresser l\u2019adoption des micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences, et pour tester et affiner davantage les principes et le cadre de travail, eCampusOntario s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire ontariens pour lancer 36 projets pilotes de micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences. Par la suite, l\u2019utilit\u00e9 du cadre de travail pour ces projets pilotes a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e par le biais de cinq groupes de discussion avec les responsables des projets pilotes, des partenaires de la communaut\u00e9 et des employeurs, ainsi que d\u2019un sondage en ligne aupr\u00e8s des partenaires de projets des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire participants. Des donn\u00e9es sur six th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillies et analys\u00e9es. Les r\u00e9sultats suivants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>L\u2019utilit\u00e9 de Principes et cadre de microcertification d\u2019eCampusOntario :<\/strong> les participants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de recherche ont trouv\u00e9 le cadre de travail utile pour \u00e9laborer des microtitres de comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Aptitudes et comp\u00e9tences pertinentes : <\/strong>les micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences ont une valeur significative pour soutenir le perfectionnement d\u2019aptitudes et de comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.<strong> R\u00e9action, agilit\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9 :<\/strong> une grande partie de la valeur offerte par les micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9coule de leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des apprenants et \u00e0 r\u00e9agir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 du travail avec agilit\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9. Les structures de gouvernance actuelles dans le contexte des programmes postsecondaires, qui limitent cette agilit\u00e9 et cette flexibilit\u00e9, repr\u00e9sentent des d\u00e9fis importants pour lib\u00e9rer la pleine valeur des micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>\u00c9valuation authentique :<\/strong> les \u00e9valuations des micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences doivent \u00eatre significatives et pertinentes pour les apprenants et les employeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>R\u00e9ponse aux besoins des apprenants :<\/strong> les micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences permettent de requalifier les apprenants de tout \u00e2ge, comme ceux \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de leur vie, et de les perfectionner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. <strong>D\u00e9veloppement collaboratif :<\/strong> les micro-titres de comp\u00e9tences b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une \u00e9laboration collaborative de plusieurs intervenants dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, y compris, mais sans s\u2019y limiter, les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire, les partenaires communautaires et les employeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"page-block cards-grid full-width-block
