L\u2019orientation professionnelle peut faciliter les transitions professionnelles&nbsp;: non seulement du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif au march\u00e9 du travail, mais aussi du ch\u00f4mage \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, et des secteurs en d\u00e9clin aux secteurs en croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude, publi\u00e9e par l\u2019Organisation de coop\u00e9ration et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomiques (OCDE) en collaboration avec le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures et le Conseil d\u2019information sur le march\u00e9 du travail (CIMT), \u00e9value les services d\u2019orientation professionnelle disponibles pour les adultes au Canada, et les place dans une perspective internationale. De nouvelles donn\u00e9es d\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que le Canada fait bonne figure dans une comparaison de l\u2019OCDE en ce qui concerne la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019orientation professionnelle, mais qu\u2019il est possible de renforcer l\u2019offre et l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des services. Seuls 19\u00a0% des adultes au Canada ont eu recours \u00e0 l\u2019orientation professionnelle au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, contre 39\u00a0% des adultes r\u00e9partis dans tous les pays couverts par l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>En comprenant les raisons pour lesquelles les adultes canadiens n\u2019utilisent pas les services d\u2019orientation professionnelle, on pourrait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la couverture et l\u2019inclusion. La raison la plus fr\u00e9quemment invoqu\u00e9e est le fait de ne pas \u00e9prouver le besoin d\u2019utiliser les services d\u2019orientation professionnelle (49\u00a0%), ce qui correspond \u00e0 la moyenne des autres pays \u00e9tudi\u00e9s (50\u00a0%).<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ob-blocks-content-card\"><h3 class=\"numbered-card__title\" style=\"color:#4e0047\"><\/h3><div class=\"numbered-card__text\" style=\"color:#000000\"><p>Les adultes canadiens utilisent beaucoup moins les services d\u2019orientation professionnelle que leurs pairs d\u2019autres pays.
