Quelles comp\u00e9tences seront recherch\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9gions, les industries et les groupes d\u00e9mographiques? Comment les travailleurs peuvent-ils se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l\u2019avenir de l\u2019emploi et comment pouvons-nous nous assurer que personne n\u2019est laiss\u00e9 pour compte?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-large-paragraph\">Ce sont-l\u00e0 les questions auxquelles l\u2019Institut Brookfield s\u2019est pench\u00e9 au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dans le cadre du projet L\u2019emploi en 2030. Ce travail a regroup\u00e9 une recherche prospective, des ateliers d\u2019experts et un algorithme d\u2019apprentissage automatique pour produire les <a href=\"https:\/\/brookfieldinstitute.ca\/une-decennie-davance-lemploi-au-canada-en-2030\/\"><em>Pr\u00e9visions sur la croissance des professions au Canada&nbsp;(PCPC)<\/em><\/a>, qui cernent la croissance des professions et les demandes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences en&nbsp;2030. Compte tenu de la diversit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 du travail canadien et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des travailleurs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du pays, ce projet visait \u00e0 proposer des solutions qu\u2019on pourrait id\u00e9alement reproduire et \u00e9tendre \u00e0 d\u2019autres contextes.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__background\" style=\"background-color:#4e0047\"><\/div><div class=\"numbered-card__number\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"is-style-large-paragraph\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette initiative visait \u00e0 combler une lacune dans l\u2019information sur le march\u00e9 du travail (IMT) du Canada en fournissant des pr\u00e9visions fond\u00e9es sur les comp\u00e9tences qui tiennent compte de l\u2019\u00e9volution des conditions du march\u00e9 du travail partout au pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment transformer cette information en action?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet L\u2019Emploi en 2030&nbsp;: Ateliers de mise en pratique de la recherche constitue le fondement de l\u2019initiative L\u2019emploi en 2030. En s\u2019appuyant sur les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, ces Ateliers de mise en pratique de la recherche explorent la fa\u00e7on de convertir les <em>PCPC<\/em> (et autres sources d\u2019information sur le march\u00e9 du travail) en solutions concr\u00e8tes qui pourraient aider les chercheurs d\u2019emploi et les travailleurs \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 leur avenir. \u00c0 partir des donn\u00e9es recueillies, nous avons d\u00e9termin\u00e9 cinq r\u00e9gions du Canada, chacune pr\u00e9sentant ses propres d\u00e9fis r\u00e9gionaux et partenaires de collaboration&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Universit\u00e9 du Yukon (Whitehorse, Yukon);<\/li><li>RADIUS&nbsp;SFU (Vancouver, Colombie-Britannique);<\/li><li>Tech&nbsp;Manitoba (Winnipeg, Manitoba);<\/li><li>Observatoire comp\u00e9tences-emplois (Montr\u00e9al, Qu\u00e9bec);<\/li><li>Workforce Innovation Centre de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, Coll\u00e8ge de l\u2019Atlantique Nord (Corner&nbsp;Brook, Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador).&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En collaboration avec ces partenaires, le projet a adopt\u00e9 une approche ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019innovation pour trouver des solutions aux d\u00e9fis pressants du march\u00e9 du travail dans ces r\u00e9gions. Le projet visait \u00e0 trouver de nouvelles interventions ou \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer celles existantes qui aideraient les travailleurs et les chercheurs d\u2019emploi \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir les cinq comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9termin\u00e9es (<a href=\"https:\/\/brookfieldinstitute.ca\/une-decennie-davance-lemploi-au-canada-en-2030\/\">par les <em>PCPC<\/em><\/a>) et associ\u00e9es aux professions dont la demande devrait augmenter au cours des 10&nbsp;prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ces comp\u00e9tences sont&nbsp;: la facilit\u00e9 de conception d\u2019id\u00e9es, l\u2019instruction, la m\u00e9morisation, la persuasion et le souci du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilisant une approche de justice, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion (JEDI) (fond\u00e9e sur le cadre du partenaire <a href=\"https:\/\/radiussfu.com\/about\/\">RADIUS SFU<\/a>), ce projet consistait \u00e0 mener des entrevues avec des participants qui, en raison de leur v\u00e9cu, sont devenus des experts qui nous ont permis de mieux comprendre leur exp\u00e9rience actuelle. Nous avons \u00e9galement anim\u00e9 deux ateliers virtuels par r\u00e9gion pour traduire le d\u00e9fi en solutions possibles.
