Pour bien cadrer l\u2019IMT, il faut bien comprendre les d\u00e9cisions que doivent prendre les utilisateurs, tout en tenant compte de la situation unique de chacun. En raison de la COVID-19, la prise de d\u00e9cisions est devenue encore plus difficile et les conseillers en d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re doivent composer avec les besoins urgents et en augmentation des clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2020, le Centre des comp\u00e9tences futures (CCF) et le <a href=\"https:\/\/lmic-cimt.ca\/fr\/\">Conseil de l\u2019information sur le march\u00e9 du travail (CIMT)<\/a> ont annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019ils formaient un partenariat pour r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes en mettant \u00e0 l\u2019essai un d\u00e9p\u00f4t infonuagique de donn\u00e9es qui devait faciliter et simplifier l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de l\u2019information pratique et pertinente. Nous amor\u00e7ons ce projet pilote et nous \u00e9laborons un cadre qui soutiendra nos d\u00e9cisions en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es et qui nous aidera \u00e0 recueillir, \u00e0 transformer et \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter de l\u2019information pertinente.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"buttons-block-block_610c2a4ce9b14\" class=\"buttons-block \">\n    <ul class=\"buttons-block__buttons\">\n                                    <li class=\"buttons-block__item button-item section-title button-item--button\">\n                    <a class=\"btn btn--download btn-dark\" href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/CIMT-CCF-Perspective-Ba\u0302tir-un-cadre-fonde\u0301-sur-les-de\u0301cisions-FR-2021-08-03.pdf\" download>B\u00e2tir un cadre fond\u00e9 sur les d\u00e9cisions pour comprendre les besoins en Information sur le March\u00e9 du Travail (IMT) <span class=\"filesize\">PDF 4.92 MB<\/span><\/a>\n                <\/li>\n                        <\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les jours, des Canadiennes et des Canadiens \u2013 et les organisations qui les appuient \u2013 cherchent de l\u2019information sur le march\u00e9 du travail qui est difficile \u00e0 trouver ou insuffisamment adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs besoins individuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018, le CIMT a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que le manque d\u2019information pertinente sur le march\u00e9 du travail (IMT) \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle individuelle \u00e9tait l\u2019une des nombreuses lacunes persistantes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019information au Canada. Le CIMT a ensuite sond\u00e9 plus de 20 000 individus et organisations provenant de dix groupes d\u2019utilisateurs (par exemple, personnes handicap\u00e9es, \u00e9tudiants actuels, nouveaux immigrants) afin de mieux comprendre les besoins en IMT de chacun. Nous avons appris que les types de donn\u00e9es que les personnes recherchent, comme les salaires et les exigences professionnelles, sont remarquablement uniformes dans ces grands groupes d\u2019utilisateurs et cat\u00e9gories d\u00e9mographiques. Une analyse subs\u00e9quente aupr\u00e8s de membres de chaque groupe a toutefois r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 un large \u00e9ventail de priorit\u00e9s quant \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019information devrait \u00eatre transform\u00e9e, organis\u00e9e et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans un contexte pertinent pour chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il nous incombe maintenant de d\u00e9finir et de cerner les contextes pertinents pour ces personnes afin de maximiser l\u2019influence potentielle de l\u2019IMT sur leurs r\u00e9sultats. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le contexte qui rend l\u2019information sur le march\u00e9 du travail \u2014 ou toute information \u2014 pertinente repose sur deux questions cl\u00e9s. Premi\u00e8rement, qui utilise l\u2019information? L\u2019identit\u00e9 d\u2019un utilisateur de l\u2019IMT d\u00e9pendra, en partie, de ses donn\u00e9es d\u00e9mographiques, mais aussi de ses ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents, de ses caract\u00e9ristiques et pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences personnelles qui influencent tous la fa\u00e7on dont il comprend l\u2019IMT et l\u2019utilise. Deuxi\u00e8mement, \u00e0 quoi sert-elle? L\u2019utilisation pr\u00e9vue de l\u2019IMT d\u00e9pendra des d\u00e9cisions que la personne doit prendre et des transitions qu\u2019elle vit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour offrir une IMT contextualis\u00e9e au plus grand nombre d\u2019auditoires, nous limitons la port\u00e9e en nous concentrant sur la derni\u00e8re question, tout en maintenant une certaine souplesse par rapport \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re. Pour ce faire, nous \u00e9laborons un cadre qui s\u2019inspire de la th\u00e9orie du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, nous \u00e9largissons le mod\u00e8le d\u2019une approche du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re en fonction des \u00e9tapes de la vie et de la situation personnelle, mod\u00e8le \u00e9labor\u00e9 par Super en 1980, pour int\u00e9grer l\u2019identit\u00e9 d\u2019un utilisateur de l\u2019IMT dans les r\u00f4les qu\u2019il joue et les d\u00e9cisions qu\u2019il prend concernant son travail lorsqu\u2019il passe d\u2019une \u00e9tape \u00e0 l\u2019autre de sa vie. Notre cadre d\u00e9finit cinq d\u00e9cisions cl\u00e9s relatives au march\u00e9 du travail que la plupart des personnes prennent lorsqu\u2019elles se trouvent dans le monde du travail et avancent \u00e0 la fois dans leur travail et leur vie.
