La COVID a mis ces institutions \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve, mais elles ont montr\u00e9 leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation sous pression en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant l&#8217;assimilation des innovations. Toutefois, certains enjeux \u00e9taient l\u00e0 avant la pand\u00e9mie, comme l\u2019inclusion de groupes en qu\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. La cl\u00e9 d\u2019un changement durable consiste \u00e0 trouver des moyens d\u2019int\u00e9grer la flexibilit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement des programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes afin de r\u00e9pondre aux demandes externes (notamment celles des \u00e9tudiant.e.s, des travailleurs.euses, des gouvernements et des employeurs.euses) au fur et \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019elles se pr\u00e9sentent.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"bucket-block__item bucket-item \">\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__number\">2<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__text\">\n\t\t\t\t<p> La forte demande pour certaines innovations en mati\u00e8re de services et de prestation de programmes pourrait diminuer apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, mais bon nombre des changements induits par celle-ci conserveront leur valeur dans l\u2019avenir et s\u2019ancreront dans la culture et les activit\u00e9s du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation postsecondaire du Canada.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><div class=\"bucket-block__item bucket-item \">\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__number\">3<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__text\">\n\t\t\t\t<p> Une r\u00e9ponse rapide aux crises et aux changements sociaux peut \u00eatre ralentie par les processus encombrants d\u2019approbation des programmes et les m\u00e9canismes rigides des r\u00e9gimes de financement. Les \u00e9tablissements postsecondaires sont parvenus \u00e0 trouver des solutions qui ont permis une innovation rapide in extr\u00e9mis, mais ces solutions ne sont pas viables \u00e0 long terme et doivent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au financement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et aux syst\u00e8mes de reconnaissance professionnelle afin qu\u2019elles perdurent et se propagent.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tablissements postsecondaires du Canada sont bien plac\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9parer le pays \u00e0 un avenir prosp\u00e8re \u2014 ils sont accessibles et diversifi\u00e9s sur le plan de leur mission et de leur port\u00e9e, et offrent un large \u00e9ventail de programmes et de formats. Malgr\u00e9 les contraintes impos\u00e9es par leurs m\u00e9canismes de financement, de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9glementation, ils font preuve d\u2019innovation et de r\u00e9activit\u00e9 aux signaux et aux d\u00e9fis du march\u00e9 du travail. Par ailleurs, la COVID-19 a mis en \u00e9vidence les d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9s le r\u00e9seau et les \u00e9tablissements qui le composent, ainsi que leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re rapide, efficace et innovante en p\u00e9riode de crise. Si le syst\u00e8me canadien promeut ad\u00e9quatement l\u2019acc\u00e8s au r\u00e9seau d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire (EPS), d\u2019importantes disparit\u00e9s des chances persistent,que sont en train de combler, en partie, des programmes novateurs qui \u00e9ludent l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e8gles existantes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019approbation, de qualit\u00e9 et de modalit\u00e9s de financement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection d\u2019\u00e9tudes de cas innovantes, nous mettons en \u00e9vidence les efforts d\u2019adaptation au march\u00e9 du travail de la part des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019EPS qui demeurent accessibles et ax\u00e9s sur l\u2019apprenant.e. Enfin, pour continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux demandes de l\u2019avenir, nous concluons par quelques recommandations sur les moyens que peuvent utiliser les gouvernements afin de soutenir une plus grande capacit\u00e9 d\u2019innovation des programmes et des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation opportuns et accessibles.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"page-block cards-grid
