			{"id":1844,"date":"2019-08-15T01:01:13","date_gmt":"2019-08-15T05:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fscccf.alphabureau.ca\/?post_type=research&#038;p=1844"},"modified":"2020-01-10T14:50:09","modified_gmt":"2020-01-10T19:50:09","slug":"transitions-professionnelles-dans-les-regions-metropolitaines-du-canada","status":"publish","type":"research","link":"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/recherche\/transitions-professionnelles-dans-les-regions-metropolitaines-du-canada\/","title":{"rendered":"Transitions professionnelles dans les r\u00e9gions m\u00e9tropolitaines du Canada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"is-style-large-paragraph\">Ce rapport \u00e9tudie les pertes et les gains d\u2019emploi dans les r\u00e9gions m\u00e9tropolitaines du Canada au cours du 21<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, et malgr\u00e9 l\u2019attention significative accord\u00e9e aux pertes d\u2019emploi dans le secteur manufacturier au Canada en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, on en sait tr\u00e8s peu sur la mani\u00e8re dont chacune des r\u00e9gions du pays s\u2019en sort depuis le recul de l\u2019emploi dans le secteur manufacturier entre 2004 et 2009, recul caus\u00e9 par la combinaison de la croissance de la concurrence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, de l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation du dollar canadien et de la \u00ab&nbsp;Grande r\u00e9cession&nbsp;\u00bb de 2008-2009. Pour de nombreuses r\u00e9gions, nous ne savons toujours pas si les anciens emplois manufacturiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9s par des postes comparables (en mati\u00e8re de niveau de comp\u00e9tences et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration) ou par d\u2019autres postes, ce qui marquerait un changement permanent dans la nature de l\u2019emploi. En examinant les impacts au niveau de la communaut\u00e9, nous pouvons arriver \u00e0 comprendre pourquoi certaines r\u00e9gions du Canada ont \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de g\u00e9rer la transition avec plus de succ\u00e8s que d\u2019autres. Cela peut aider \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de politiques visant \u00e0 appuyer les transitions futures de l\u2019emploi, qu\u2019elles soient dues \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation, \u00e0 la mondialisation ou \u00e0 la d\u00e9carbonisation. Si nous sommes en mesure de mieux pr\u00e9voir les effets de ces transitions, nous pourrons faire en sorte de munir les Canadiens des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour les occasions d\u2019emploi futures et, ainsi, les communaut\u00e9s seront \u00e0 m\u00eame de mieux g\u00e9rer ces transitions.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"page-block cards-grid full-width-block card-style--default
