Comme l\u2019importance des employ\u00e9s de grande qualit\u00e9 a augment\u00e9 avec le temps, l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences et \u00e0 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre appropri\u00e9es est de plus en plus consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l\u2019une des menaces les plus importantes \u00e0 la concurrence future du pays. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la nature du travail se refl\u00e8te dans les comp\u00e9tences utilis\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s par les travailleurs pour ex\u00e9cuter les t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es \u00e0 leur emploi.
