Il explorera \u00e9galement les exp\u00e9riences positives et n\u00e9gatives du travail \u00e0 domicile, et comment elles varient selon les diff\u00e9rents types d&#8217;employ\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Les conclusions du rapport constituent un rappel important que la capacit\u00e9 de rester \u00e0 la maison pendant la pand\u00e9mie est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation socio-\u00e9conomique de la personne. Ils sugg\u00e8rent \u00e9galement que la r\u00e9ouverture \u00e9ventuelle de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie apr\u00e8s l&#8217;endiguement de la propagation du virus ne signifie probablement pas que la vie redeviendra compl\u00e8tement comme avant. Inversement, les Canadiens les plus vuln\u00e9rables sur le plan \u00e9conomique sont \u00e9galement plus susceptibles de contracter le virus en raison de leur besoin de continuer \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du foyer. <\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><div class=\"bucket-block__item bucket-item \">\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__number\">3<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"bucket-item__text\">\n\t\t\t\t<p> L\u2019exp\u00e9rience du travail \u00e0 domicile a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus difficile pour certains travailleurs que pour d\u2019autres, notamment pour ceux qui ont de jeunes enfants \u00e0 la maison. N\u00e9anmoins, la majorit\u00e9 des travailleurs qui travaillent \u00e0 domicile s\u2019accordent \u00e0 dire qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent nettement travailler \u00e0 domicile plut\u00f4t que sur leur lieu de travail habituel, et la plupart esp\u00e8rent pouvoir continuer \u00e0 le faire au moins certain jour une fois la pand\u00e9mie termin\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me phase du Sondage 2020 sur l\u2019emploi et les&nbsp; comp\u00e9tences a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de 2020, alors que la&nbsp; deuxi\u00e8me vague de la pand\u00e9mie prenait de l\u2019ampleur au&nbsp; Canada et que le nombre de nouveaux cas de COVID-19&nbsp; augmentait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Le sondage examine comment&nbsp; les Canadiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9s par les perturbations caus\u00e9es&nbsp; par la pand\u00e9mie et comment ils y font face. Ce rapport se&nbsp; concentre sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du travail \u00e0 domicile. Il examine&nbsp; qui sont les personnes qui ont pu travailler \u00e0 domicile&nbsp; pendant la pand\u00e9mie et celles qui ont d\u00fb continuer \u00e0&nbsp; travailler sur leur lieu de travail habituel; les d\u00e9fis et les&nbsp; avantages du travail \u00e0 domicile; et comment ces exp\u00e9riences&nbsp; varient selon les diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019employ\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sondage montre que la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre canadienne est&nbsp; divis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale entre ceux qui sont pass\u00e9s au&nbsp; travail \u00e0 domicile au moins certain jour pendant la pand\u00e9mie&nbsp; et ceux qui continuent \u00e0 travailler sur leur lieu de travail&nbsp; habituel. Mais ces proportions varient consid\u00e9rablement&nbsp; d\u2019un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre du pays : les travailleurs de l\u2019Ontario sont&nbsp; les plus susceptibles d\u2019avoir adopt\u00e9 le travail \u00e0 domicile&nbsp; au moins pendant quelques jours, suivis de ceux de la&nbsp; Colombie-Britannique et du Qu\u00e9bec; les travailleurs sont&nbsp; les moins susceptibles d\u2019avoir adopt\u00e9 le travail \u00e0 domicile&nbsp; en Saskatchewan et dans les provinces de l\u2019Atlantique.
